Non-Refundable Deposit:
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your private appointment. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your service.
Note: If you need to reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date once, provided rescheduling occurs at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any subsequent changes will require a new deposit.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, an additional $15 fee will be added to your total service cost.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit will be required for the new time slot.
Refund Policy:
Once the chain is cut to size, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to communicate any concerns about sizing or style preferences before the jewelry is cut.
Waiver:
A waiver will need to be signed before your appointment begins. This waiver confirms your understanding of the risks involved in permanent jewelry and absolves SoVinely Welded of any responsibility for injury or discomfort during or after the service.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to ask clients to leave the appointment space if their behavior is inappropriate or disruptive. This includes, but is not limited to, any physical or verbal aggression, intoxication, or disrespectful behavior.
Minimum Spend: $600 – This covers 6 guests minimum, each receiving permanent jewelry.
Per Person Pricing: Most jewelry pieces range from $85–$115+, depending on the selected chain and any add-ons.
Deposit: A non-refundable 40% deposit of the total is required to secure your booking.
Remaining Balance: Due 24 hours prior to your scheduled service date.
Travel Fee: Calculated based on event location and discussed after your inquiry is submitted.
Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance, for special requests 14 days in advance.
After completing the inquiry form, you will receive a confirmation and details within 24–48 hours.
Final travel costs and timing will be shared during the confirmation process.
Guest Requirement: Private parties must include a minimum of 6 people receiving jewelry.
Late Policy: If your event start time is delayed by 20 minutes or more, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened.
Behavior & Conduct: We reserve the right to leave the premises if the space becomes disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued.
Refunds & Chain Cuts: Once a chain has been measured and cut, no refunds or exchanges can be provided.
Deposit Transfers: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date if requested in advance and based on availability.
Waivers: All participants are required to sign a service waiver before receiving any jewelry.
Sales Tax: A 6% sales tax will be added to each individual transaction at the time of service.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once with no penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests or cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if the environment becomes unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Time Expectations: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may incur a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and must be rebooked.
