Need to Remove Your Jewelry?
If removal is necessary, simply cut at the small jump ring (see image below) using nail clippers or scissors. This is the designated point that allows for safe removal without damaging the chain.
If your jewelry breaks or pops anywhere outside of the jump ring, it may not be suitable for rewelding and a replacement chain may be recommended.
Your piece is designed to be rewelded. We recommend storing it in an airtight bag (like a sealed plastic baggie) to help preserve its quality until you’re ready to have it reattached.
